Here’s the scoop on my shipping and return policy:
As soon as you make a purchase you should receive an order confirmation. Please allow for 1-7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. A shipping notification will also be sent to your inbox, along with a final notification once it has been delivered.
At this time, this website is set up to ship to Canada, the United States and United Kingdom only. If you live outside these two countries and are interested in purchasing a piece, please contact me at email@example.com and I'll make up a personalized quote for your shipping destination.
At the moment I am offering free domestic shipping for orders above $200.00.
Duties and Taxes
Tax is charged on all orders within Canada. If you live outside of Canada you are responsible for paying the import duties to your country. Duties and taxes are unfortunately completely out of my control and I cannot claim any responsibly for any additional charges that incur once your order leaves the country.
I put a lot of love and care into each piece I make and the most important thing to me is that you are happy, if not thrilled, with your purchase. For this reason I will accept returns on undamaged and unused pieces. A refund will be made only once I have received the item. Items/pieces broken by carriers on their return trip will not qualify for a refund.
I package my pieces safely, handled with the utmost care. If your purchase(s) is damaged within the delivery process, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org along with attached pictures of the piece(s) within 24 hours of delivery.
It’s not a problem if you want to amend your order, or if you’ve just changed your mind. Please email me at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase and we can sort it out.
My work is completely handmade and as such is wonderfully imperfect. You may notice texture variances, slight irregularities in proportions or marks, which is part of what makes this piece uniquely yours and I love that. I hope you do too.
